Coonawarra Cab Sav 2022

The Coonawarra region is renowned for its Cabernet Sauvignon and this wine is no exception.  The wine has a brilliant ruby colour and an elegant aroma that includes blackcurrant, vanilla and a hint of oak.  On the palate the wine is full bodied with rich flavours of blackberry, black cherry and a touch of mint.

The tannins are firm but well integrated, providing structure and complexity to the wine, while the acidity is balanced and adds freshness to the finish.

Perfect for red meat dishes or good strong cheeses.  Enjoy.
