Maroon in colour with lovely aromas of blackcurrant and plum, hints of chocolate and aniseed coming through, giving a full palate of flavours with soft tannins and rounded oak

The fruit is gently pressed to allow full expression of flavours.  This is a medium to full bodied wine, which has good length, typical characteristics of a Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

Fabulous served with braised beef, moroccan lamb or even a plate of your favourite hard cheeses
